In February 2022, the UK Government published its Levelling Up white paper. The ambitious document sets out the government’s strategy to reduce regional inequalities across the UK and covers an enormous breadth of policy areas.\r\n\r\nThe Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill is the primary legislative mechanism that will make the white paper’s ambitions a reality.
