This consent form asks for your permission to use images and related information about your work across a range of Landscape Institute promotional channels.

How we may use your work
By signing this form, you grant the Landscape Institute permission to use images of your work, along with your name and project details, for promotional and communications purposes, including but not limited to:
- Landscape Institute website
- Social media channels
- Our presence on UCAS website and social media channels
- Email marketing and newsletters
- Printed publications and reports
- Event materials and presentations
- Press releases and media engagement
- Advertising and promotional campaigns
- Educational and professional development materials
This permission applies to current and future Landscape Institute communications.
Your Rights and Ownership
- You retain full ownership and copyright of your work
- The Landscape Institute will not sell your work
- The Landscape Institute will make reasonable efforts to credit you where practical
- You confirm that the work submitted is your own, or that you have permission from collaborators to share it
- You confirm that use of the images will not infringe any third‑party rights
Duration of Consent
Your consent allows the Landscape Institute to use the images and materials indefinitely, unless you withdraw consent.
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting marketing@landscapeinstitute.org.
Please note that withdrawal of consent will not apply retrospectively to materials already published or distributed.
Data Protection
The Landscape Institute will process your personal data in accordance with UK data protection legislation and the Landscape Institute Privacy Policy.
Your personal data will only be used for the purposes outlined in this form.
How to provide your work
Please send your images, or a link to your images, to education@landscapeinstitute.org.
If you are supplying images from multiple projects, please clearly identify which project each image belongs to, either in the filename, or by using folders.
If required, please provide us with a short description for each image to let us know what is happening in them.
