A vacant Listed School Building in the west of Holyhead is being renovated and reinstated as a primary school with an additional building located on the site. We are working as part of a design team to achieve BIM Level 2 on a landscape scheme which incorporates hard and soft landscape and the sensitive setting of the Listed Building.The existing building was Grade 2 listed, hence the historic nature of the site required discussion with the Local Authority’s Heritage Office and sensitive restoration proposals were required in order to retain important historic boundary treatments around the site.
